Pro Line Manufacturing

proline logoFor 10 years, the FishAmerica Foundation and Pro Line Manufacturing have partnered in support of keeping fish and waters healthy and giving anglers an opportunity to contribute to our nation’s fisheries conservation efforts while outfitting themselves for a day on the water.

Pro Line Manufacturing donates a portion of the proceeds of its RedHead neoprene waders sold at Bass Pro Shop retailers nationwide to the foundation for grants to community-based conservation organizations to enhance fish populations, restore fisheries habitat, improve water quality and advance fisheries research to improve sportfishing.

redhead wadersSince 2001, FishAmerica has invested more than $410,000 in donations from Pro Line Manufacturing, leveraging more than $1 million from local communities to help ensure fishing’s future.

“Pro Line is thankful to be able to support the FishAmerica Foundation with our retail partners, especially Bass Pro Shops,” said John Kehoe of Pro Line Manufacturing. “Our investments work to support long-term enhancements to our fishing communities.

Pro Line Manufacturing’s donations support FishAmerica’s efforts to improve sportfishing through fish population and habitat enhancement and water quality improvement. These donations have funded many conservation projects including the restoration of family fishing waters in Ocean County, New Jersey; Dickinson, North Dakota; McAlester, Oklahoma; and South Sioux City, Nebraska.

Brunswick Continues Long-time Support of Coastal Habitat Restoration

FishAmerica received a $35,000 grant award from the Brunswick Public Foundation. The grant will be matched with funds from the NOAA Restoration Center and leveraged with an additional $1.3 million from the local communities to fund six grassroots projects to restore marine and estuarine habitat critical to marine fish.

Mercury Marine National Walleye Tournament Continues Support of FishAmerica

Mercury Marine recently donated $3,000 to FishAmerica through its National Walleye Tournament. The tournament has been donating $3,000 a year to FishAmerica for 28 years – totaling $84,000.

Bonnier Corporation Supports FishAmerica Gulf Fund

Bonnier Corporation made a $10,000 donation to the FishAmerica Gulf Fund to help FishAmerica’s efforts to support the expansion of existing healthy fisheries habitat and the creation of new fisheries habitat to ensure the future of sportfish in the Gulf.
